Theresa Cotten is an experienced Senior Accountant currently working at GMI since March 2023, with a solid professional background that includes previous roles at Lincoln Property Company Dallas and Exponential Property Group. Prior to advancing in accounting, Theresa served as a Production Coordinator at Blue Nail Enterprise, where productivity improvements were implemented, and as an Office Manager at Apen Roofing and Total Building Maintenance, where payroll and office management were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes a Dispatch Supervisor/Manager position at FTSUSA, overseeing payroll and employee scheduling, as well as the rollout of new software solutions. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2015 and 2018.
