Austin Spooner, Esq. currently serves as a Staff Attorney at GMHC, starting in August 2023. Previously, Austin held the position of Strategic Engagement Coordinator at The Chapin School from June 2022 to September 2022 and worked as a Legal Intern at Mazzoni Center from January 2019 to April 2019. A summer law clerk experience occurred at the ACLU of Louisiana from May 2017 to July 2017. Austin's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Tulane University, completed in 2016. Prior high school education was obtained at Darlington School and Bainbridge High School.
