Mariana Garza is an experienced commercial advisor with a career spanning over two decades in the real estate and legal sectors. Currently serving as Asesor Comercial at GM Capital since April 2017, Mariana has previously contributed to One Development Group, INTERNACIONAL DE INVERSIONES, Orange Investments®, MAPLE INMUEBLES, and Baker McKenzie, where roles included both commercial advisory and legal positions. Mariana has successfully worked on multiple projects, including ARBOLEDA, LA NUBE, Saqqara, and various others. Mariana holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad de Monterrey, earned between 2000 and 2004.
