William E. Fogler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Preclinical Studies at GlycoMimetics since 2014, Fogler previously held the position of Vice President for Portfolio Analysis & Planning in the Human Therapeutics Division at Intrexon Corporation from July 2010 to January 2013. With a decade-long tenure at EntreMed from 1997 to 2010 as Sr. Director of Translational Research, Fogler has demonstrated leadership in advancing therapeutic research. Fogler earned a degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine between 1980 and 1985.
