Charles O'Connell is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the health and wellness sector, currently serving as Founder and CEO of GlucoseZone since January 2018, where an exercise-based lifestyle therapy program enhances glycemic control for individuals with diabetes. Additionally, O'Connell has founded and leads Fitscript, a digital health company focused on empowering those with chronic conditions through fitness, since September 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Head Coach for the Track and Field program at Hopkins School from January 2009 to June 2016, managing all program aspects, and working as Sales Account Manager at NC4 from September 2005 to January 2007, focusing on sales and account management of situational awareness software. Earlier career roles included Customer Relationship Manager and Emergency Management Consultant at E Team Inc. O'Connell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2002, and graduated from Hillhouse High School in 1997.
