The Development and Research team at GLSEN focuses on securing funding and fostering relationships with corporate partners to support the organization's mission of creating safe and inclusive schools. They also conduct research to inform and enhance GLSEN's initiatives, using data to drive advocacy and awareness around LGBTQ+ issues in education. Through strategic fundraising and analysis, they strive to enhance GLSEN's impact in schools nationwide.
