Melissa Schultz currently serves as the VP of Global Risk Management at GLP, a position held since August 2023. Previously, as Vice President and Head of Risk for North America Insurance at Revantage, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, from December 2020 to July 2023, Melissa oversaw insurance procurement and transaction teams for the real estate division and acted as interim Head of Risk for Asia, managing policy renewals across nine countries. Prior experience includes roles as Risk Manager at Power Construction, Training & Customer Development Co-Founder at SitePatterns, Insurance Manager at Power Construction, Senior Risk Analyst at Equity Office Properties Trust, and Client Representative at Marsh USA, Inc. Melissa holds a BA in Finance from DePaul University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
