Sei Kawashima currently serves as Head of Income Fund & Fund Operations and Senior Vice President at GLP Capital Partners since February 2023, following a tenure as Vice President of Investment & Fund Management at GLP from October 2016 to February 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Asset Finance at Development Bank of Japan Inc. from April 2012 to September 2016. Sei Kawashima holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from IMD, completed in December 2022, and an undergraduate degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Engineering from Hitotsubashi University, obtained in 2012.
