Radhika Subramanian is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational growth, behavioral science, and social impact. As the Founder of Glow Worm Company since February 2014, Radhika has focused on driving positive change through leadership development. Radhika currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Maitrayana Charity Foundation and TYCIA Foundation, promoting gender equality and equitable access to education and healthcare. Prior roles include Co-Founder of WukiLabs Technologies, Site Lead for Learning & Development at HSBC, and various positions in leading financial institutions, such as Goldman Sachs and Nomura, specializing in diversity, learning, and performance management. Radhika holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree from St. Xavier's College.
