Cristina de la Rosa Zaragoza serves as the Vice President of People (CHRO) at Glovo, where leadership is provided to the global People function as part of the executive team and the Delivery Hero People & Culture Leadership team. Previously, Cristina held the position of Regional General Manager for both CIS & Africa, overseeing operations in 13 markets, and for Latin America, managing 11 markets and significant order volumes. Initial roles at Glovo included Head of Operations LATAM. Prior experience includes a Senior Operations Project Manager role at McDonald's, launching the McDelivery service in Spain, and various managerial positions at The Eat Out Group, Jatomi Fitness Group, and BURGER KING® EMEA & APAC. Cristina holds an Engineer's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Consultancy from Cranfield University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
