Rachelle Favazza is an experienced educator currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher and formerly as a Teaching Assistant at Gloucester Public Schools since October 2016. Prior to this role, Rachelle held positions in various organizations, including Scheduler/Payroll QC at a Home Health Care Agency and Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager at a Dental Office. Rachelle also has experience in the music industry as Vice President of Operations at Illumina Records and Promotions, and worked as a Kindergarten Aide and After School Program Associate at West Parish Elementary School. Rachelle holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Endicott College, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2004.
