Maggie (See) Costello is a skilled professional with extensive experience in donor relations and project management within the marine and climate change sectors. Currently serving as a Development and Operations Associate at Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute since August 2021, Maggie manages a pool of Annual Fund donors and conducts prospect research to enhance donor cultivation strategies. Previously, Maggie worked at the New England Aquarium from March 2016 to April 2020 as the National Network of Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation Coordinator, overseeing a network of climate change interpretation professionals and managing multiple projects. Maggie also served as the Lecture Series Coordinator, organizing public lectures and facilitating connections for research and funding opportunities. More early experience includes work as an MRIP Field Interviewer for A.I.S. Observers, Inc. and as an Administrative Assistant at Maloney Properties, Inc. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine, Estuarine, and Freshwater Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
