Allison T. is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis with a focus on autism and developmental disabilities. Currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Experience at Rent The Runway since April 2022, Allison previously held roles as Program Manager at Firefly Autism and Kadiant, where responsibilities included assessing client skill sets and implementing behavioral improvement plans. Earlier experience includes positions as Graduate Assistant at Haugland Learning Center and Graduate Associate at The Ohio State University, providing training and managing severe behaviors in children. Allison holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from San Diego State University.
