Madhu Sudhan started their work experience in 2005 at Magna Infotech, where they held the role of Sr Recruiter until 2008. Madhu then moved on to ASM Technologies and worked as a Sr Recruiter from 2008 to 2009. Since 2009, they have been working at Glosap Consulting Pvt Ltd in the role of Business Development.

Madhu Sudhan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya.
