Devon Kline has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership, currently serving as the Head of Platform Experience at Gloo since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing software solutions that empower organizations to enhance their impact. Prior roles at Gloo included Director of Sales & Success and Team Lead for Enterprise Accounts. Before joining Gloo, Devon Kline was the Director of the Leadership Institute for Transformation at Willow Creek Association from July 2010 to January 2013, and Co-Director of People Development at Willow Creek Community Church from August 2007 to July 2010. Devon Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul.
