Maria de Lujan Perez is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Global Head of HR at Glofy since December 2022, where responsibilities include the design and deployment of the People, Culture, and Organization Strategy. Prior to this role, Maria held positions such as Global HR Business at Axter Software Solutions and Head of HR for Investments and Corporate Finance at Genworth, where collaboration with senior leadership aimed to drive strategic business results. Additionally, Maria was the Head of HR Global at Square, overseeing talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Maria holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Buenos Aires.
