Bryan Ren holds extensive experience in guest communications and management within the travel industry, currently serving as Guest Communications Manager at Globus Family of Brands since December 2010, with previous roles as Documents Department Manager and Document Department Supervisor. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Representative at Great Big Color (April 2008 - November 2010) and Site/Print Manager at IKON Office Solutions (2003 - 2008). Bryan Ren pursued higher education at Purdue University from 1995 to 1999, followed by a degree in Web Development from the University of Phoenix (2011 - 2013) and additional studies at Capella University from 2008 to 2011.
