Pedro de Lacy Morejón is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in M&A and business development. Currently serving as M&A and Business Development Manager at Globeducate, since February 2020, Pedro is responsible for exploring and executing expansion strategies in collaboration with Providence Equity. Prior roles include M&A Senior Associate at EY, where leadership was provided in various transactions across the Caribbean, and Project Manager at Fundación Emalaikat, overseeing health cooperation programs. Earlier experience as an M&A Associate at Taiga Mistral involved advising on significant investments in Europe and Latin America.
