Bruno Cantaloube has a significant amount of work experience in various roles and companies. Bruno worked at Globecast since 2017 and held the positions of Head Of Department, Head of Service Management Center and Customer Experience department, and Head of Customer Support Center and Planned Works teams. Prior to Globecast, they worked at Orange for a long period, starting in 2001. At Orange, they served as the Head of SMC until 2017 and also worked as a Customer Service Manager for large accounts from 2001 to 2007.
From 1988 to 1990, Bruno Cantaloube attended the Chamber de Commerce & d'Industrie de Nimes and earned a BTS degree in Informatiques Indutrielles. Additionally, in April 2021, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
