Nathan de Jong currently serves as the Regional Manager - APAC at Globe 24-7 since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis at St Barbara Limited from December 2021 to January 2023. Nathan's extensive experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Boston Stanley Executive Search and holding various senior recruitment positions at Downer, including Senior Talent & Sourcing Business Partner for Infrastructure Projects and Senior Consultant for Mining. Nathan's career also includes roles at Kiewit, 4HR Consulting, and Personnel Concept Group. Educationally, Nathan attended Leederville Tafe and is actively involved in Toastmasters International, focusing on Communication and Leadership Development since 2012.
