Sarah M. is a seasoned professional in sustainable banking and finance, currently leading the Green Climate Fund practice at Middle East Bank since June 2019, where responsibilities include Green Climate Fund accreditation and project cycle management. As a Subject Matter Expert at Enquire since September 2018, Sarah M. specializes in climate policy, sustainable development goals, political risk, and related fields. Previously, Sarah M. has contributed as a Policy Advisor in sustainable business since 2016, designing environmental and social management systems and mobilizing resources for sustainable finance initiatives. Experience as a Strategic Communication & Capacity-building Advisor from 2015 to 2017 focused on refugee integration and education initiatives, while earlier roles as Research Associate at the Woodrow Wilson International Center and the United States Institute of Peace involved conducting conflict analysis and policy research in the Middle East. Sarah M. holds a degree in International Development & Politics from American University and furthered education at Georgetown University.
