Mirabel Ngong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, media engagement, and community development. Currently serving as the Communications and Media Engagement Associate at Urgent Action Fund-Africa since October 2021, Mirabel has also held positions as an Expert at Enquire and a Global Goodwill Ambassador at Global Goodwill Ambassadors (GGA) since 2018. As the Founder of Community Empowerment Program Cameroon, Mirabel has been instrumental in equipping young women with income-generating skills. Previous roles include contractor at Internews, project staff at World Vision for Education and Development Cameroon, and communications officer at Community Initiative for Sustainable Development Cameroon. Mirabel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Buea and a Higher National Diploma in Journalism and Media from National Polytechnic Bamenda, Cameroon.
