Dominic Birch has extensive experience in sales and business development, specializing in working with independent agencies. Currently serving as Sales Director at GWI since February 2017, Dominic has held various roles focused on new business, account management, and customer success. Prior experience includes positions at Satmetrix as Business Development Manager and Premier Account Executive, where the focus was on customer experience management software. Additional roles at Gorkana and Brightwave Ltd involved consulting on media monitoring and managing client relationships in e-learning, respectively. Dominic holds a Bachelor's degree in Film and Sociology from the University of the West of England.
