Dimos Thanasoulas has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Dimos started as a Telephone Researcher and Data Entry Department at GfK in 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Research Institute of Urban Environment & Human Resources. Dimos then worked as a Research Assistant at the Regional Development Institute from 2006 to 2006. During the same period, they also worked as a Junior Research Executive at The Workshop, where they contacted clients, wrote proposals, created questionnaires, and analyzed data using SPSS.
In 2008, Dimos served as a Sociologist in the Greek army during their military service. Following that, they joined qed market research in 2009 and worked as a Research Manager Analyst (/SRE). Dimos worked on Brand Equity and Ad evaluation products, gaining experience in a competitive and multinational environment.
Dimos then joined Research Now SSI in 2015 and worked as a Client Development Executive, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and coordinating projects. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager, where they focused on maximizing sales success and cross-selling products while providing insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Most recently, Dimos joined GWI in 2019 as a Research Ops Manager and was later promoted to Senior Research Ops Manager (Team Lead) in 2021. In this role, they lead a team and oversees research operations, ensuring the highest quality of services.
Throughout their career, Dimos has gained expertise in research operations, client relationship management, project coordination, data analysis, and insights generation.
Dimos Thanasoulas has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2005. Dimos later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Social Research Methods and Statistics at The University of Manchester, completing it in the academic year 2005-2006. In addition to these qualifications, Dimos Thanasoulas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of West Attica, which they obtained by the year 2018.
