Gabriele Melo currently serves as the Information Systems Team Lead at GlobalVision since June 2023, overseeing a team of business analysts and interns using agile methodologies. Previous experience includes a Program Manager role focused on Delivery Experience at Amazon, and multiple positions at VTEX, where responsibilities ranged from Growth Operations Coordinator managing internal systems and Salesforce product management to Growth Operations Analyst. In these roles, Gabriele implemented business rules in Salesforce, developed revenue models, created user profiles and dashboards, and supported sales teams. Earlier career experiences include a Sales Operations Intern position at VTEX and a Supply Chain Intern role at Seadrill. Gabriele holds a Master's in Business Intelligence from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UERJ.
