Nikhil Taode has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Nikhil started their career in 2007 at Ubisoft as a Senior Game Tester, where they achieved notable accomplishments such as finding and submitting the most number of bugs in a day and gaining experience on various next-gen consoles. Nikhil then worked at TrueForm Games from 2013 to 2015 as a Game Designer, helping the company establish a positive work culture while working on building interiors. In 2018, Nikhil joined emotix as a Game Designer, contributing to the development of games. Nikhil also worked as a Freelance Game Designer at Games2win India Pvt Ltd in 2019. In 2020, Nikhil worked as a Game Designer on a contract basis at PAPER BOAT APPS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they handled design and communication with other departments. Currently, they are employed at GlobalStep as a Level Designer.

From 2010 to 2012, Nikhil Taode attended DSK Supinfogame and pursued an advanced course in Game Design & Project Management. The field of study focused on Game and Interactive Media Design.
