Kamal Kaushik is a Senior Lead Engineer at GlobalLogic since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing and designing architecture for FDA-compliant Class III medical software applications using agile methodology. Previously, Kamal served as Team Lead at Orange Business Services from March 2016 to July 2019, facilitating agile processes and protecting the development team from external distractions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer (Android Developer) and a Senior Software Developer at GlobalLogic and BlueApple Technologies Pvt. Ltd., respectively, focusing on project schedules, technical designs, and various technology stacks including encryption and VOIP. Kamal began a career as a Software Developer at XentaQsys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., developing applications across multiple platforms. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kuvempu University, complemented by GNIIT certification from NIIT.
