Ihor Melnyk is a seasoned engineering director with over a decade of experience at GlobalLogic, currently leading a portfolio of projects in the Embedded Automotive and Networking domains as Director of Engineering. With a team size exceeding 120 full-time employees and expertise in managing distributed teams across EMEA and APAC regions, Ihor has successfully overseen various project agreements, including fixed-price and time & materials contracts. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Manager, Associate Manager, QA Team Lead, and Embedded Software Test Engineer, all within the Embedded Automotive domain, showcasing a robust background in project management, quality assurance, and team leadership. Ihor holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Technology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
