Roy Kelly began their work experience as a Senior Application Specialist at Snap-on Tools in 2005 and remained with the company until 2015. In 2015, they joined CoreHR as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Kelly worked at Poppulo as a Software Engineer. Roy then joined The Access Group in 2019 and held the positions of Software Engineer and later Senior Software Engineer until 2022. Currently, Kelly is a Senior Software Engineer at Globalization Partners, starting in March 2022.

Roy Kelly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cork Institute of Technology between the years 2010 and 2015. Roy then pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Architecture & Design from Munster Technological University from 2017 to 2019.
