Lucia Kotlebova is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe at Globalization Partners since March 2022. In this role, Lucia leads onboardings and offboardings, advises on employment contracts, manages stakeholder relationships, and monitors labor law updates across various countries. Prior to this, Lucia held positions as a Payments Specialist at Purple Technology and a Senior HR Generalist at Hortim-International, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Additionally, Lucia served as a Country Senior Administration Manager at Adecco, managing administrative teams and processes, and held earlier HR roles at Infosys BPM and ManpowerGroup Czech Republic. Lucia holds a Master's degree in HR management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
