Carlos Blanco has a diverse range of work experience. Carlos is currently employed by Globalization Partners as a Growth Project Specialist. Prior to this role, they worked at Impulsa as a Digital Project Manager, where they managed multiple projects, improved project management practices, and created new management tools. Carlos also gained leadership experience at AIESEC en México, where they served as the Organizational Development Head and Local Office Manager. In these roles, they led teams, developed strategic plans, and achieved financial milestones.

Carlos Blanco attended Universidad Tecnológica de México from 2019 to 2022, where they earned a Licenciatura degree in Animación y Arte Digital. In May 2021, they also acquired the Google Project Management Certificate from Google.
