Syed Jaffri is a Cloud Support Engineer at GlobalGiving, starting in January 2024, where leadership of the Desktop Support team involves assisting over 100 employees with hybrid OS setup and Google Cloud Workspaces integration, as well as monitoring endpoint health and security. Previously, Jaffri served as a Junior Systems Engineer at The Lewin Group from June 2020 to January 2024, overseeing hardware implementation and software support. Experience also includes roles at Amazon Web Services as a Datacenter Operations Technician, at Freddie Mac as an IT Infrastructure/Asset Manager, at Loudoun County Government as a Deployment Specialist, and as a Help Desk Specialist at UnitedHealth Group.
