As the Senior Manager of Insights, Regional Advisory, and Partnerships, Rujuta works with regional advisors and partners to gather insights from nonprofit partners across the world to inform, influence, and strengthen the program strategy. She also supports the program team in developing and delivering regionally appropriate initiatives. Prior to joining GlobalGiving, Rujuta co-founded and led a nonprofit in India that focused on raising gender-equitable boys. She holds a bachelor's degree in English literature and a postgraduate diploma in journalism.
