Laura Brown possesses extensive experience in semiconductor research and development, holding key positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since 2009, currently serving as Sr. Director. Prior roles include Sr. Manager and Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Member of Technical Staff at AMD, where Laura coordinated technical efforts in high-performance integrated circuit projects. Laura's background also includes leading integration efforts for 65nm microprocessor technology and managing analytical tools for semiconductor manufacturing. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Colorado and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Laura has research experience from the National Research Council and the University of Texas, along with early career work at Dow Chemical Co.
