Khadija Begum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and banking. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader for EMEA Consumer at GlobalData Plc since October 2022, Khadija had previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company from April 2019 to August 2022. Prior to this, Khadija worked at Barclays as a Personal Banker, where responsibilities included enhancing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Khadija's career began with roles in education as an English GCSE Tutor and in finance as a Junior Functional Analyst at ING. Additional early experience includes working as a Communications & Uniform Assistant during the London Summer Olympics and as a Receptionist at TONI&GUY. Khadija holds A-Levels from Sir George Monoux College and GCSEs from Clapton Girls Academy.
