Ana Torres García-Cantó has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Responsable Desarrollo Talento at Globalcaja since January 2015. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing internal communication and managing HR projects. Previous positions include Técnico de Organización at CADE Soluciones de Ingeniería and roles at Spain StartUp and Infoempleo.com focusing on HR consultancy and project management related to entrepreneurship and training. Ana's early career includes work with the Comunidad de Madrid and Metrovacesa, where responsibilities encompassed special employment centers and staff selection. Ana holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from AEDE Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
