Matthew Glass has extensive experience in digital infrastructure and operations, currently serving as the Head of Outdoor Digital Infrastructure and Head of Digital Operations at Global since April 2018. Matthew also holds the position of Technical Lead within the same organization. In addition, Matthew contributes to the London Charity Softball League as a Committee Member since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Alzheimer's Society from February 2011 to February 2018, where Matthew advanced through positions including Application Support Manager, Interim Application Support Manager, and Senior Application Support Analyst. Earlier in Matthew's career, positions were held at Adepteq Ltd as a Systems Administrator & Developer, Stone Computers in Reporting & Marketing, and Compusys as a Helpdesk Engineer & Reporting. Matthew obtained a BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioner, specializing in Software Design from Aylesbury College between 2002 and 2004, following education at John Colet from 1995 to 1999.
