Kilian Dieden Richter currently serves as Regional Director at Global X ETFs since October 2022. Previously, Kilian held the position of Associate for Nordics & Switzerland at HANetf from May 2020 to January 2022, contributing to the launch and management of UCITS ETFs. Prior experience includes Institutional Fixed Income Sales at STX Group, where Kilian was recognized for Best Performance in 2018-2019 and focused on Nordic institutions. Earlier roles involved Sales Associate at CIMalgo, providing quantitative trading solutions, and Associate in Institutional Sales at ETF Securities, specializing in cross-asset ETF/ETP sales. Kilian began the professional journey as an Investment Advisor at Cerberus AB and holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lund University School of Economics and Management and an M.Sc. in Management from the International University of Monaco.
