Richard Myers is an accomplished leader in the commercial real estate industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as CEO of GBLOC since September 2020, Richard has fostered a global network of socially conscious stakeholders. Richard also founded alternawork in 2017, aimed at helping companies navigate the evolving commercial real estate landscape. In addition to these roles, Richard has contributed to the Global Workspace Association as an Advisory Board Member and has served on CBRE's Inaugural Diversity Council. Previous positions include Associate Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. and President & COO at Threat4. Richard's early career includes significant achievements as a Senior Sales Representative at CBRE, specializing in retail. Richard's educational background includes training from The CCIM Institute.
