Felipe Castillo is a seasoned professional in telecommunications with extensive experience in firewall management and A2P consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Firewall Management Services at Global Telco Consult since March 2021, Felipe specializes in SMS firewall management, A2P consultancy, and business development. Previously, Felipe worked at Telefónica from October 2014 to March 2021, holding roles such as A2P Specialist, where responsibilities included managing the Ecuador A2P business, SMS firewall management, and fraud control, along with providing consultancy services across several Latin American countries. Earlier positions included roles focused on fraud control and quality assurance in international voice and SMS traffic. Felipe Castillo earned a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE between 2009 and 2015.
