Amy Cox, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently at Global Shop Solutions, specializing in ERP software implementations since July 2016. In this role, Amy manages over 20 simultaneous projects, collaborating with clients to define requirements and objectives, while assembling project teams and assigning responsibilities. Prior to this, Amy held various positions at symplr, including Manager of Facility Accounts and Account Management Team Lead, focusing on compliance and credentialing software for healthcare. Amy's earlier experience includes managing over 200 accounts as a National Account Manager at Preferred Corporate Housing and providing senior sales and customer service at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational/Corporate Communications from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication from Blinn College.
