Clare Hennessy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Clare started their career at AIB as a Data Warehousing Analyst in September 2005 and worked there until November 2007. Clare then joined MLC Masterkey as a Business Analyst for a brief period from August 2008 to November 2008. In September 2009, they moved to EirGrid as a Business Analyst and worked there until April 2011. From April 2011 to September 2012, Clare worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Trend Micro. Clare then joined DSI | DeCare Systems Ireland as a Project Manager in September 2012 and held the position until January 2016. Following that, they joined CoreHR as a Senior Project Manager from February 2016 to November 2018. Their most recent position is at Global Shares, where they served as a Senior Project Manager from November 2018 to January 2020 and then took on the role of Head Of Project Management Office from January 2020.

Clare Hennessy earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Ursuline Convent, Thurles from 1996 to 2001, but no degree or field of study was specified.
