Kirsten Green is a seasoned professional in the fields of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy and employee engagement, currently serving as an ESG Strategy & Employee Owner at Global Prairie since March 2017. Global Prairie, recognized as the first global marketing firm that is entirely employee-owned and a Certified B Corporation, collaborates with organizations aimed at fostering positive global impact. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Senior Associate of Team Engagement at Global Prairie, as well as a tenure as an Interior Design Specialist at Star Lumber, where Kirsten provided comprehensive remodeling assistance to homeowners. Kirsten began their career as a Design Assistant at MLB Designs & Boutique, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Oklahoma Christian University.
