Concurrently, as a Director at Dragonfly Transformation Consultants, Allen leads post-merger integration processes to enhance client value. Allen has also advised on strategy and international expansion for Crown Range Cellar and has held significant roles at DrDoctor, Crosslake Technologies, PZ Cussons, and Unit4, focusing on integration and transformational initiatives. Previously, as CEO of The Conversion Group, Allen spearheaded international expansion, particularly in the U.S. market.
