Randy Sesser is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently, Randy serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Banc of California and Global Payroll Gateway Inc. Prior positions include Lead Software Engineer at atEvent, where Randy contributed to lead capture solutions, and Director of Engineering at Local.com, overseeing development activities and mentoring developers. With prior experience as a Lead Software Engineer and Manager of Software Engineering at Local Corporation and a Software Development Engineer at Autobytel, Randy has a strong foundation in web application development and team leadership. Randy began a career in software engineering in 1999 and holds a BA in Communication Design from California State University, Chico.
