Suha Kaouk is an experienced professional in partnership and change management, currently serving at both the Global Partnership for Education and the World Bank since May 2019. Prior expertise includes roles as an Information Management Officer at the United Nations, where collaboration and data sharing among regional OCHA offices were facilitated, and as Managing Director of ATMIT, overseeing operations of an IT solutions company. Suha has also contributed as an Information System Consultant at UNESCO, developing tools for Education Management Information Systems, and as a Research Engineer at LIRIS, focusing on encoding multi-structured documents. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Information Systems from INSA Lyon and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Jami't Alep.
