Dina Guimaraes is a multilingual professional with extensive experience in translation and research. Currently serving as a Short Term Consultant at the Global Partnership for Education, Dina has also worked as a Freelance Translator for multiple companies, including Iyuno, Amazon, SDI Media, TransPerfect, and AT Language Solutions since 2004. With a strong focus on proofreading and translating academic papers, reports, and subtitles, Dina demonstrates high fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Universidade do Minho, where responsibilities included project management and administrative work, as well as serving as a Diplomatic Assistant at the South African Consulate in Oporto and an intern at Amnesty International. Dina Guimaraes holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bristol and an Undergraduate Degree in Applied Foreign Languages from Universidade do Minho.
