Robert J. McCool was elected to serve as a director of the company's general partner, the chair of the conflicts committee of the board of directors of the general partner, and a member of the compensation and audit committees of the board of directors of the general partner in October 2005. He had served as an Advisor to Tetco Inc., a privately held company in the energy industry, for 15 years and has been in the refined petroleum industry for over 40 years. He worked for Mobil Oil for 33 years in various positions including manager, planning and financial analysis, controller, manager U.S. lubricants operations and manager, budget and controls for U.S. acquisitions. Mr. McCool retired in 1998 having served as Executive Vice President responsible for Mobil Oil’s North and South America marketing and refining business. Mr. McCool’s extensive experience with the financial, accounting and managerial aspects of the refined petroleum products industry make him well qualified to serve as a director of our general partner.
