Tarika Srinivasan is currently a Research Trainee at UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences under Dr. Susan Emmett, focusing on hearing health equity. As Research Team Lead for the Global OHNS Initiative since August 2022, Tarika oversees research teams dedicated to enhancing OHNS subspecialty care through advocacy and research. Additionally, Tarika works part-time as a tutor for SAT, MCAT, and GRE preparation and has completed multiple otolaryngology sub-internships at prestigious institutions such as Johns Hopkins Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Prior experience includes a Clinical Research Assistant role at Boston Children's Hospital and a Post-Baccalaureate Research Fellowship at Mayo Clinic, specializing in biomedical ethics. Tarika earned a Master of Medical Science in Global Health Delivery and is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at Harvard Medical School, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Science and Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
