Zos Barnido, RN, currently serves as the Client Services Manager at Global Medical Virtual Assistants since March 2022. Previously, Zos held several roles at ibex, including Operations Manager from November 2020 to March 2022, as well as Product Sales & Retention Manager and AT&T Program Leadership Development Manager between May 2016 and 2020. Zos began a career in customer service at Sutherland, serving as a Sales & Customer Service Supervisor from January 2012 to May 2016. Zos earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University between 2005 and 2010.
